The middle portion of the show had a treat, not only was it the first full day of winter…but I had a chance to have a live on air conversation with Mr. Paul Winter. We discussed the 50th Anniversary Anthology of Count Me In 1962/1963, the adventure of being invited to the Kennedy White House and new work he is finishing up with a subtitle of “Migrating Birds Know No Boundaries” with the Great Rift Valley Orchestra. In talking, Mr. Winter and I found out we have a lot in common musically and otherwise and I look forward to keeping this new found friendship a bridge forward.
