The first half of the proGram featured a way to keep much of your ear time held in to the rhythm. A big greenarrowradio thank you to Hurricane Ruth for being a guest on the show. I want to thank the one and only Mr. Lif for bringing his positive energy and conscious mind to the proGram. We talked about the upcoming show with The Polish Ambassador this Thursday at the Majestic Theater. We also talked about the connections it take and makes…you know…music.
