This weekend I checked out the fiddle expert Niccolo Seligmann and percussionist Lucas Ashby on a musical tour of the Middle Ages. From Spanish miracle songs to whirlwind Italian dances and more, this concert illuminates how bright the Dark Ages really were. This was a livestreamed event held at the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage.
