Alrighty people, get ready to TRIP THE LIGHT FANTASTIC with LadyBug Mecca of Digable Planets. I am thankful that I was able to catch a moment of her time as she has been stacked with things-a-happ’nin’. In our convo we talk about her recent video work with Raheem DeVaughn and Kenny Dope on a fly hit dubbed “DOGG STARR”. We touched briefly on the MTV unplugged performance of PLANETS for the movie FREEDOM WRITERS, and her honor of being sampled by SNOOP. HELL YEAH!
