Today was one of those shows that was put together with sun rays as a bonding agent. There was a beauty brewing out my studio window and I wanted to spin a little your way, wherever you might have been tuning in from. It has been fun watching the listenership grow weekly, let’s keep on keepin’ the expansion on! I Want to thank P Funk All Star/Yoga Teacher/Steel Bridge Songfest Artist Miss Kim Manning for being a part of the show. We spoke deeply about the connections formed at the songfest, the reasons for coming back to Wisonsin and of course, some funky times with another friend of the program, Mr. George Clinton (check out my interview w/the Godfather of funk from ’06 here) I also want to thank Chubby Wombat Moonalice (Roger McNamee) of Moonalice for bringing his high energy, storytelling and an innovative outlook on the music “Business” and what Moonalice is doing to bring those innovations alive.
