I want to thank Sean Lennon (yes, THAT Sean Lennon) for being a fantastic guest on the proGram during the first half of the show. We talked about his upcoming show at the High Noon Saloon with his band, The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger. The Sugar was Splintered and Burnt

It was one of those days where the show had excellent written all over it. The second half was the beGinning’s companion as I gave away a pair of tickets to see Stephen Marley at the Barrymore…and moreover, a live on air chat with a piece of my fam, Jared Michael Nickerson….The splinter cell of my friends Burnt Sugar the Arkestra Chamber, Rebellum was gonna be in my backyard. We spoke of the musical journey which has led to this next shared moment, the energy of the group and the city funk that was to be spilled into our ear-holes…Needless to say that I used this new found force to make the a-Go-Go…GO!
