I had the honor of chatting live on air with Reuben Koroma, the leader of the Sierra Leone Refugee All Stars. Their sound is a friend to the proGram, and the conversation was about what people could expect that night at the High Noon Saloon when they’d hit the stage for a set of positive vibes and happy sounds….we also spoke in depth about the groups latest release, “Radio Salone” and the importance of the radio as a medium for hEARing about what artists from elsewhere we making sure was nice to hEAR about how important the radio is…as it always has been able to take me away and learn heavy.
